Going into the game I thought it was going to be a tough game for the Memphis War Eagles team. The War Eagles team is a 13U/7th grade team playing up in the 14U/8th grade division. Plus the 14U/8th grade Memphis Tigers team is loaded with some the top players in Memphis Middle School. Players like Kobe Freeman (Lester Middle), Cooper Foreman (Germantown Middle), and Michael Bamrick (Riverdale Middle) to name a few.

The War Eagles scored the first bucket of the game and never looked backed. The first quarter end with the War Eagles up 27 to the Tigers 12. The War Eagles only allowed 3 buckets in the 2nd quarter and scored 19 points, to end the half 46 to the Tigers 18. The second half was just about the same with the War Eagles winning 79 to 41.

Tyler Harris had a monster game, with 33 points on the night. Harris was 4-4 from behind the 3 pt. line.
