High school sports highlight reel: Top performances from last week

Aaron Burns, Sequoia football: He rushed for 253 yards in 26 carries in a 51-7 win over Carlmont.

Ryan Dimick, Carlmont cross country: He won the boys Division I race at the CCS championships in 15:31.

Patrick Fordham, St. Francis football: He kicked all six of his extra-point attempts and all seven of his kickoffs went for touchbacks in a 42-13 win over Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Chris Foster, Los Gatos cross country: With a time of 15:13 in winning the Division II boys final at Crystal Springs, Foster had the fasted time of the day in all divisions at the CCS championships.

Tim Geraghty, Pioneer football: In a 34-33 win over Piedmont Hills that propelled Pioneer to the BVAL Mount Hamilton Division title, Geraghty blocked two extra-point attempts, including one in the fourth quarter.

Brandon Gip, El Camino football: Gip rushed for 239 yards and two touchdowns in a 29-28 loss to South San Francisco.

Corey Gonzales, Harker cross country: With a time of 15:34, he won the boys Division IV race at the CCS championships.

Anthony Gordon, Terra Nova football: Gordon completed 19 of 23 passes for 411 yards and seven touchdowns — all in the first half — of a 56-0 win over Half Moon Bay.

Jacob Hoekstra, Lincoln football: He rushed for three touchdowns and caught a scoring pass in a 51-14 win over Gunderson.

Lauren Jacob, Los Altos cross country: She won the girls Division II race at the CCS championships, running the Crystal Springs course in 17:20.

Keone Keahi, Burlingame football: Keahi scored three touchdowns out of seven touches (six carries for 81 yards, one reception for 27) and was named MVP in a 48-0 win over San Mateo in the Little Big Game.

Virginia Lane, Menlo-Atherton volleyball: Lane had 24 digs in a 3-0 win over Cupertino in the CCS Division I quarterfinals.

Christopher “Lambie” Lanman, Los Altos football: He threw for 293 yards and four touchdowns as the Eagles (8-2) completed their season with a 44-20 win over Cupertino.

Delshawn Mitchell, Wilcox football: He scored on runs of 95 and 47 yards en route to 229 yards rushing as Wilcox defeated Saratoga 47-20 to win a share of the SCVAL De Anza Division title.

Isiah Nash, Menlo-Atherton football: Nash carried 34 times for 249 yards and scored four touchdowns in a 40-33 win over Woodside.
