Girls Volleyball

T.F. South 25-25, Bremen 10-7: Crystal Lee had seven kills and six aces to aid visiting T.F. South (1-1, 1-0) in the South Suburban Blue. Abbe Mullen added 22 assists for the Rebels.

Oak Forest 25-25, T.F. North 13-10: Renee Rosco totaled 15 service points and five digs for host Oak Forest (1-3, 1-0). Alex Lambros tacked on nine kills for the Bengals in the South Suburban Blue.

Lemont 25-25, Hillcrest 10-8: Kelly Ferguson’s five kills and Haley Sullivan’s six digs sparked host Lemont (2-0) in the South Suburban Blue opener for both teams.

Ag. Science 25-25, Jones 21-17: Jalia Shepard chalked up eight assists and five aces for visiting Ag. Science (1-0, 1-0) in the Public League Superconference.

Boys Soccer

Lincoln-Way West 5, Oak Forest 1: Kip Pavlovich’s three goals led visiting Lincoln-Way West (1-0-1).

Sandburg 2, Lemont 0: John Manthey and Tom Nie notched goals for Sandburg (1-1) in Orland Park.

River Valley/Southland Challenge

Crete-Monee 1, Beecher 0: Jake Cogan scored off an assist from Fernando Aguirre to catapult host Crete-Monee (3-0). Mark Hall made seven saves for Beecher (2-1).

Illinois Lutheran 6, Rich South 0: Justin Schmidtke had two goals and an assist for host Illinois Lutheran (3-0).

Windy City Ram Classic

Reavis 1, Little Village 0 (OT): Brian Lopez’s goal and Rafal Slomba’s five saves enabled host Reavis (2-0) to qualify for the quarterfinals.

Marian Catholic 2, Andrew 0: Goals by Trent Blake and Luis Carlo Avila were the difference for host Marian Catholic (3-0) in the championship bracket.

T.F. United 3, Glenbard South 2: Dan Stellfox, Jose Sandoval and Jeremy Celmer scored for T.F. United (2-0) in the second round.

Bloom 3, Bolingbrook 1: Juan Elizalde (2 goals) and Ricardo Aldape (goal, 2 assists) were among the standouts for visiting Bloom (2-0) in the championship bracket.

Lincoln-Way North 2, Argo 0: Michael Balcerzak and George Lang netted goals for visiting Lincoln-Way North (1-1) in the consolation bracket.

Thornton co-op 5, St. Laurence 1: Farouk Amoo had two goals and an assist to guide Thornton co-op (1-1) at Romeoville. Adrian Diaz scored for St. Laurence (0-2).

Homewood-Flossmoor 4, Shepard 1: Jonathan Brandt’s two goals keyed host Homewood-Flossmoor (1-1). Danny Estelle tacked on two assists for the Vikings. Edson Trejo had the goal for Shepard (0-2-1).

Marist 2, Joliet West 0: Goals by Eddie Cunningham and Joe Pannella lifted host Marist (1-1).

Providence 5, Oak Lawn 0: P.J. Kowalkowski scored twice to set the tone for Providence (1-1) at Bolingbrook.

Lincoln-Way East 150, Stagg 176: Jake White, of Lincoln-Way East, was the medalist after carding a 35 in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Green Garden.

Chicago Christian 178, Tinley Park 200: Medalist Blaine Wright shot a 43 in propelling Chicago Christian at Broken Arrow. Jon Dever (48) paced Tinley Park.

Evergreen Park 181, T.F. South 192: T.F. South’s Maggie Sloan notched a 41 to capture medalist honors at The Meadows. J.R. Wazio (43) had the top score for Evergreen Park in the South Suburban crossover.

Lincoln-Way Central 158, Joliet Township co-op 161: Tony Kestel had a team-best 36 for Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at The Sanctuary. Trent Wallace, of Joliet Township co-op, fired a 33 in securing medalist accolades.

Eisenhower 202, Bremen 232: Medalist Vinny Curta (38) led Eisenhower in the South Suburban crossover at Cardinal Creek’s South Course.

Brother Rice 163, Mount Carmel 165: Co-medalists Matt Pawlak and Tim Papiernik each shot 39 for Brother Rice in the Catholic League dual at The Meadows.

Homewood-Flossmoor 162, Andrew 167: Jack Mulligan, of Homewood-Flossmoor, fired a 1-over 37 in winning medalist honors at Silver Lake’s North Course. Mulligan’s teammate, Ted Wick, and Andrew’s Neal Hausmann finished with 39s in the SouthWest Suburban crossover.

Lemont 164, Argo 244: Lemont’s Joe Ziebell (39) had the best score in the South Suburban crossover at Broken Arrow.

Lincoln-Way North 162, Sandburg 164: Medalist Nick Adduce (37) powered Sandburg in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Ravisloe. John Orowick had a 39 to lead Lincoln-Way North.

Illiana Christian 160, Peotone 182: Illiana Christian’s Matthew Zandstra (37) was the medalist at Green Garden’s Emerald Course.

Girls Golf

Oak Forest 171, Tinley Park 215: Medalist Delaney Sloop carded a 40 to power Oak Forest in the South Suburban meet at White Mountain.

Lincoln-Way Central 189, Minooka 197: Lincoln-Way Central’s Clara Scheer was the medalist by virtue of her 42 at Heritage Bluffs in Channahon.

Mother McAuley 172, Regina 225: Elizabeth Nye, of Mother McAuley, shot a 38 to win medalist recognition in the GCAC dual at Glenview Golf Club.

Lincoln-Way East 185, Joliet Township co-op 214: Medalist Kelly Sterling (40) led Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Green Garden.

Beecher triangular: Co-medalists Jessie Ackman and Kelsey Bonnema registered 47s as Beecher (204) took second behind Bradley (203) at Cardinal Creek. Grant Park (226) also participated.

Girls Tennis

Lincoln-Way West 5, Crete-Monee 0: Katie Kaczmarz prevailed at No. 1 singles for host Lincoln-Way West.

Neuqua Valley 4, Homewood-Flossmoor 3: Timara Maxwell and Sophia Osabuohien won at No. 1 singles for host Homewood-Flossmoor.

Shepard 4, Bremen 1: Rhonda Habbal (No. 1) and Gaby Juszczak (No. 2) notched singles wins for host Shepard in the South Suburban crossover.

Reavis 5, T.F. North 0: Nora Guerrero won her match at No. 1 singles for host Reavis in the South Suburban crossover.

Oak Forest 5, Rich Central 0: Lizzy Samoska and Olivia Vanoverbeke triumphed at No. 2 doubles for host Oak Forest (3-2).

Girls Swimming

Homewood-Flossmoor 107, Lincoln-Way Central 79: Amber Barney won the 100-yard butterfly (1 minute, 4.01 seconds) and 200 freestyle (2:09.43) for host Homewood-Flossmoor in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Lincoln-Way Central’s Kim Bernhard prevailed in the 100 freestyle (55.84 seconds) and 100 backstroke (1:03.70).
