CLEVELAND, Ohio — Here’s what to expect on Friday from the Northeast Ohio Media Group’s high school sports staff:

Boys tennis

The boys tennis tournament is in full swing, and reporter Nathaniel Cline is there for the action. Follow updates on cleveland.com all day.

Track and field

It’s regional tournament time for boys and girls track and field, and that means reporters Tim Bielik and Joe Noga are here to give you updates on all the local teams.

Girls lacrosse

The girls lacrosse state semifinals kick off and local teams Medina, Hathaway Brown and Chagrin Falls are in action.

Boys lacrosse

Reporter Robert Rozboril gets you set for the regional final action in boys lacrosse this weekend. A trip to the state Final Four is on the line.


Reporter Stephanie Kuzydym recaps the regional semifinals and sets up the regional finals. Reporter Lexi Pluym takes a look at the Player of the Year race.
