Buchanan athletic director Fred Smith has his ultimate dream scenario about high school conference realignment.

“The O-K Conference model (in Grand Rapids) seems to work best,” Smith said. “If we could get all of the schools in southwest Michigan under the same umbrella, it will work out best for scheduling.
