CHINO 9, GAREY 4 Joshua Garcia went 3 for 3 with two singles, a triple and a walk in the Mt. Baldy League victory. Isaac Jacquez went 2 for 2 with a double, a triple, and two walks for the Cowboys. Chino (10-7, 3-2) will play at 11 a.m. today against St. Francis.

SERRANO 7, APPLE VALLEY 3 Alex Spadafora hit a three-run home run in a Mojave River League win. Spadafora also scored three runs. R.J. Peace pitched a complete game for the Diamondbacks with five strikeouts. Serrano (6-8, 1-3) will play at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday against Sultana.

YUCAIPA 16, REDLANDS 2 Jared Avila threw six innings with seven strikeouts for the Thunderbirds in Citrus Belt League play. Joey Chapman went 3 for 5, including a triple and a double with four RBIs for first-place Yucaipa (8-6, 4-1).


AQUINAS 6, ONTARIO CHRISTIAN 1 Allie Hotetz pitched a no-hitter against the Knights with eight strikeouts in the Ambassador League win. Zoe Casas went 3 for 4 with a triple, one RBI and three stolen bases for the Falcons. Aquinas (13-2, 6-0) will play at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday against Western Christian.

BLOOMINGTON CHRISTIAN 3, MESA GRANDE ACADEMY 0 Katie Morelli went 3 for 3 in the Victory League win. Danielle Stosuy-Henderson had a home run for the Ravens. Bloomington Christian (11-2, 4-0) will play at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday against Redlands Adventist Academy.

CHAFFEY 4, COLONY 3 Elizabeth Rodarte pitched seven innings and was also 3 for 3 with an RBI in the Mt. Baldy League victory. Alexandria Eastburn had one RBI and a triple for the Tigers. Chaffey (4-3, 3-1) will play at 3:15 p.m. Friday against Don Lugo.

CHINO 7, GAREY 0 Taylor Brown had a two-run home run in the Mt. Baldy League victory. Pitchers Miranda Viramontes and Tiffany Kennedy-Cummings combined for a one-hit shutout with 17 strikeouts. Chino (15-3, 4-0) will play at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday against Colony.

DON LUGO 18, ONTARIO 4 Marina Duran went 2 for 4 with two home runs and two RBIs in a big Mt. Baldy League win. Kailey Palazzolo went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double for the Conquistadores. Don Lugo (8-10, 3-2) will play at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday against Montclair.

ETIWANDA 8, LOS OSOS 6 Megan Stevens hit a three-run home run in the top of the sixth inning as the Grizzlies won a battle of undefeated Baseline League teams. Etiwanda (10-3-1, 5-0) will play at 3:15 p.m. Monday against Glendora.

KAISER 19, BLOOMINGTON 0 Linda Garcia went 3 for 4 with four RBIs including a three-run home run in the third inning in which the Cats scored 11 runs. April Perez also added a three-run homer and scored four runs. Marissa Neres struck out seven in four inning for Kaiser (8-9, 3-2) after the game was called after five innings via the mercy rule.

SUMMIT 5, COLTON 2 Dexire Enriquez went 2 for 3 with a double and also earned the win in the circle for the Skyhawks. Antoinette Perez went 3 for 3, including an RBI and a pair of runs scored for Summit (7-8, 2-2).
