Little Rock Central Championship Team Reunite for 2nd Annual Hoop Dreams Youth Basketball Camp

Little Rock-May 10, 2012-Hoop Dreams of Arkansas presents the 2nd Annual Hoop Dreams Youth Basketball Camp.  Hoop Dreams Youth Basketball Camp will be held June 25-29 at Arkansas School for the Deaf.  Hoop Dreams Youth Basketball Camp will cater to youth ages 8-17 and will be coached by former Little Rock Central High players and Arkansas’ top, professional International Basketball Players.

Hoop Dreams was created to assist youth with potential but lack basic fundamentals.  The vision of Hoop Dreams is to give youth the skills and confidence needed to excel in the game of basketball while building character and life skills.  It is the goal of Hoop Dreams to also promote and encourage youth to engage in extracurricular activities such as basketball.

Proceeds for Hoop Dreams Youth Basketball Camp will benefit Hoop Dreams Academy.  Hoop Dreams Academy is a training program for student athletes.  The academy is designed to help student athletes maximize their full potential, on and off the court.  In addition to physical training, Hoop Dreams Academy offers student athletes training in media relations, team building, dress for success, public relations and branding, as well as community involvement.
